Exclusive interview with the author

Q: What Inspired You To Write This Book?

A: When I suddenly had a stroke in late 2024, I remember standing in a lush green field and vividly recall the moment Pixie’s nose bumped against my hand. Looking down, I was surprised to see both Pixie and Sia. The next moment, the field was gone, and I woke up in my ICU bed. That was the moment I knew I had to immortalize it—in honor of the fact that both my girls came to bring me home.

Q: Can You Tell Us About The Book?

A: The Worldwalkers is a project very close to my heart. Like I mentioned earlier about my ICU dream—though I’d call it more of a memory—I’m the eccentric type, and I truly believe it was real. I just needed to create a story that supports that memory with Pixie and Sia, so it becomes more than a memory for myself, and everyone else can come along for the ride.

Q: What Does The Title Mean?

A: The Worldwalkers refers to creatures who can break dimensional barriers and enter other dimensions to take a break, go on adventures, help the souls they are tasked to guard, or assist any soul they believe needs help.

Q: What Did You Learn When Writing The Book?

A: Writing a book can feel like carrying a mountain. But, like anything else, if you love what you do, it becomes a breeze.

Q: What, In Your Opinion, Are The Most Important Elements Of Good Writing?

A: The prose needs to flow effortlessly. Making books unnecessarily complex to read shoves them in corners of the literary world, no matter how great the content might be.

Q: What Does Success Mean To You? What Is The Definition Of Success?

A: Bringing your Ideas into the world is success in itself. It takes courage to let the world scrutinize what you have created. Having the courage to do that is success.

Q: Where Do You Get Your Information Or Ideas For Your Books?

A: I’m daydreamer, my ideas come from random thoughts that pop in my head.

Q: Where Do You Get Your Greatest Ideas For Writing?

A: I keep jottingdown thoughts I have that i can further expand into a bigger project.
