HYDERABAD: Alleging that the BRS government is drenched in corruption, Prime Minister Narendra Modi at a public meeting in Telangana on Saturday said that the same has reached Delhi with an unusual understanding between the two political parties and state governments.
Warning people against the BRS’ “mind games” and “dynasty politics”, the Prime Minister assured that the BJP is going to form the next government in Telangana.
Hitting out at the BRS government, PM Modi also said: “We always see agreements made between countries and states with a common aim of development, but the BRS government’s corruption has only indulged in corruption and is involved in scams.”
Accusing the BRS of cheating and tricking the common people, the PM asked people to be cautious. “BJP has shown a trailer by performing well in Warangal Municipal Corporation … Some parties are just distracting people … please don’t fall into their trap, be careful,” he said.
PM Modi also alleged that the BRS, over the last nine years, has done only four things: “blaming [PM] Modi and the Centre all the time, establishing one [KCR] family as the owner of Telangana, derailing the development of Telangana, indulging in corruption”. He claimed that the state government has not done anything for the welfare of the people of the state.
