Rakhi Sawant’s lawyer reveals, ‘Rakhi has photographic evidence of all the assaults on her and the most grievous allegation is act of unnatural sex’ – Exclusive – Times of India

Adil Khan Durrani’s bail hearing will take place on Tuesday (February 14). Rakhi Sawant’s lawyer Falguni Brahmabhatt shared details about today’s hearing. Actress Rakhi Sawant had filed an FIR under section Section 498 A, 377, 406, 323,504, 506 of the IPC.
She told ETimes TV, “My client has gone through hell and whatever charges she has levelled against Adil Khan have been backed by evidence. Apart from the money that he has withdrawn from her account she has also said he was having an extra marital affair while she was away in the Bigg Boss Marathi house and has photographs as evidence.”

When asked about domestic violence allegations, Falguni replied, “Rakhi has photographic evidence of all the assaults on her and the most grievous allegation is an act of unnatural sex.”
When asked about extension of police custody, Falguni replied that it was rejected by the court. She said, “The police had requested for police custody on the ground that they have conducted the medical reports of the victim which confirms the allegations of offence u/s 377 of IPC also they have not got opportunity to investigate as on 1st date of remand JC was granted. Investigation is incomplete therefore they required a PC.”

In one of the exclusive interactions of Rakhi with ETimes TV, she had said, “Adil has told Tanu that after coming out of this, he will hold a press conference and do a nikkah with her in five days.”

Several instances have come forward in Rakhi-Adil’s case. Rakhi had presented photographic evidence of beating marks, and alleged Adil stole her mother’s heirloom jewellery. Rakhi also shared that Adil had threatened to kill her once he would get bail and also marry his girlfriend Tanu.
