About the Author:

I’m not a certified fitness coach. I’m not a multi-millionaire investor. I’m not here to tell you what to do with your life. I’m just someone who messed up enough times… and finally started doing a few simple things consistently. This book is a collection of those things. I work in the world of AI and digital transformation. But outside of work, I’m constantly learning how to simplify—from my morning routines, to how I invest, to how I think about food, movement, and habits. I don’t use social media (as part of my minimalist lifestyle).

Exclusive interview with the author

Q: What Inspired You To Write This Book?

A: I was tired of extreme advice—six-pack abs or early retirement by 35. I just wanted to be healthy, sleep well, and stop worrying about money. Turns out, a lot of others want the same. So I wrote it.

Q: Can You Tell Us About The Book?

A: It’s a simple, no-nonsense guide to health and wealth—without going to extremes. Based on my C.A.S.H. framework: Consistency, Automation, Small Wins, and Holistic balance. Real, practical stuff that actually works for regular people.

Q: What Does The Title Mean?

A: Suggestions from a Nobody means exactly that—this isn’t advice from a guru or millionaire. It’s from someone who figured out a few things by trial and error, and wanted to share them with others like him.

Q: What Did You Learn When Writing The Book?

A: That you don’t need to be an expert to help someone. You just need to be honest. Writing this reminded me that simplicity beats intensity—and that showing up matters more than showing off.

Q: Was The Character Inspired By A Real Person?

A: There is no character. The “Nobody” is me. And probably you, too. This book is for everyone who’s not chasing perfection, but just trying to make things a little better.

Q: How Long Does It Take You To Write A Book?

A: Roughly 3 months. But most of it wasn’t written at a desk—I wrote while walking. Some days, I logged 8,000 steps and a full chapter. Movement helped me think clearly and write simply.

Q: Where Do You Get Your Information Or Ideas For Your Books?

A: Mostly from personal experience—successes, failures, routines, and reflection. I also learn from behavioral science, investing legends, and neuroscience podcasts. But I always test things in real life before writing them.

Q: How Many Books Have You Written? Which Is Your Favourite?

A: This is the only one (so far). And yes, it’s my favourite—because it’s honest, imperfect, and fully me.

Q: How Did Publishing Your First Book Change Your Process Of Writing?

A: It made me respect the craft more. Writing is one thing. Publishing? That’s where you start thinking about clarity, design, and the reader’s experience.

Q: What, In Your Opinion, Are The Most Important Elements Of Good Writing?

A: Clarity, honesty, and rhythm. If your words feel real, flow well, and make the reader feel understood—you’ve done your job.

Q: What Does Success Mean To You? What Is The Definition Of Success?

A: Peace of mind. Enough energy to do what I love. The freedom to walk away from things that drain me. That’s success.

Q: Which Of Your Books Were The Most Enjoyable To Write?

A: This one—and only this one so far. I wasn’t trying to sound smart. I was just being honest. That made it enjoyable.

Q: How Important Is Research To You When Writing A Book?

A: Research matters—but not more than lived experience. I only include ideas I’ve tested in real life. If it didn’t work for me, it won’t go in the book.

Q: How does your Book Get Published?

A: Through OrangeBooks. I chose to self-publish to keep it real and unfiltered. No gatekeepers. Just honest words from a nobody.

Q: What Advice Would You Give To Aspiring Authors?

A: Don’t try to sound smart. Try to sound real. Write for one person—someone who needs to hear it, not someone you’re trying to impress. And above all: keep it simple, but don’t keep it inside.
