At home, my parents encouraged curiosity and taught me the value of hard work, humility, and perseverance. Those early experiences taught me to look beyond what was visible and appreciate the unseen effort behind everything we depend on. As my career evolved in engineering and Operational Technology, I realised that industries operate in much the same way. Behind every product, every factory, and every successful operation is a silent engine—people, machines, control systems, and technology working together, often unnoticed, until something goes wrong. The title is therefore a tribute to everyone who works behind the scenes. It is a reminder that the greatest contributions are not always the most visible, but they are often the most essential.
