In an interview with Pinkvilla, Rakesh Bedi talked about working with Ranveer Singh in ‘Dhurandhar’. He said, “This is my very first film with him. I am a massive fan of Ranveer Singh.”

The veteran actor shared that he has been Singh’s fan since the latter entered the film industry. Rakesh Bedi added, “For a simple reason, because that man has the guts to pull off each and every single kind of role.”Praising Ranveer further, the cinema veteran said, “He makes sure to go into a zone that actors avoid going to in order to prepare. People often feel it is just a phase, as once you get good dialogues to say and action sequences to perform, that is more than enough to be seen on the big screen.”Well, Rakesh Bedi didn’t stop there, as he acknowledged, stating that Ranveer has experimented with his acting on a high level. He further expressed that Singh’s movies with Sanjay Leela Bhansali were “fantastic.”The actor who played Jameel Jamali in ‘Dhurandhar’ added that in ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’, even though the film is a multi-starrer, Singh has “acted so well.”He said, “So it takes a lot of inner courage to do these roles with full energy. In acting, it is the ‘energy’ which is the main ingredient, as that helps you to function with full power.”
