Three persons died in a road accident in Alakhnur, near Raibag, in Belagavi district on February 18.

Gireppa Kundrali, his wife Manjula, and son Aradhya, who were travelling on a bike from their village in Maharashtra to Jamkhandi, were crushed under a lorry.

Officers from Haroorgeri police station visited the spot. The relatives of the victims are being identified. A case has been registered.
