Joao Felix, Wesley, Sadio Mane, and Cristiano Ronaldo all scored as Al-Nassr maintained their flawless start to the Saudi Pro League season with a 4-1 victory over Al-Khaleej on Sunday.
This win marked the ninth consecutive league triumph for Jorge Jesus’ team, putting them four points ahead of Al-Hilal, who secured a 2-1 victory over Al-Fateh.
Felix opened the scoring in the 39th minute, followed by Wesley’s goal three minutes later. Murad Hawsawi managed to reduce the deficit two minutes into the second half. Mane and Ronaldo then scored in the 77th and 96th minutes, respectively, to ensure the win.
Cristiano Ronaldo showcased his skill with a stunning overhead bicycle kick. “Best caption wins!” the 40-year-old Portuguese international posted on X after his 96th-minute wonder goal against Al Khaleej.

The decisive win in Riyadh put Ronaldo’s team four points clear at the top of the Saudi Pro League after nine matches.
Ronaldo recently returned from international duty with Portugal, during which he was sent off against Ireland but celebrated his country’s qualification for the World Cup. If he participates, it will be his record sixth appearance in the tournament.
Since joining the Saudi club nearly three years ago, the former Real Madrid and Manchester United star Ronaldo has yet to win a title.
Felix and Ronaldo have each brought their goal tallies to 10 in the 2025/26 Saudi Pro League, contributing to their team’s remarkable record of nine wins in nine matches and a league-leading 30 goals. Al-Khaleej remains in sixth place, with four wins, two draws, and three losses, accumulating 14 points.
Ronaldo has scored 110 goals in 123 matches for Al Nassr. In the Saudi Pro League, he has netted 84 goals in 86 matches, making him the third-highest scorer in the league’s history. It was Ronaldo’s 954th goal of his career.
